Delivery
Delivery by Royal Mail 1st Class Post is currently £3.85 for all orders to UK destinations. Delivery time is typically up to three working days.
If your item is more urgent, you can choose Royal Mail Special Delivery at extra cost, depending on the weight of the makeup you order. Royal Mail guarantee delivery on the next working day after posting. Delivery time is typically one to two working days. Special Delivery is only available in the UK.
For delivery outside the UK, delivery times vary according to the destination. The Royal Mail website gives details. All international deliveries need a signature.
If you pay by cheque, allow 4 extra working days for the cheque to clear our account.
If we don't have everything in stock at the time of your order we promise to get your items from our suppliers by the fastest available means, and send them to you no later than the first working day after we receive them.
If, for any reason, we are unable to post your order within 10 working days of receipt, we promise to contact you within five working days to give an estimated delivery date and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
