Dermawax
Nose wax

Nose wax

Grimas Nose Wax is the modern replacement for nose putty. Unlike nose putty it is self adhesive so there is no need to use mastix. Nose Wax comes in 60ml packs.

It can be used for creating all sorts of deformations of the nose or chin but is not suitable for sticking to mobile parts of the skin. Use Derma Wax for that.

Nose wax will take cream or camouflage makeup.

Derma wax 60ml- ideal for wounds and scars etc

Derma wax 60ml- ideal for wounds and scars etc

Derma wax is flesh coloured and sticks very well to skin. Use it for making wounds or scars or any other lumps and bumps, especially on mobile skin. You can use it for hiding skin irregularities like pock marks too.

You will need something to stop it sticking to your modelling tools or fingers. Grimas remover oil is good for this or you can use any oil based cream. You need a good remover to get rid of the stickiness after using it. Grimas multi remover is the one to use here.

Water-based FX Wax - Snazaroo 18ml

Water-based FX Wax from Snazaroo has the same uses as Dermawax, but it's not quite as sticky. Some say this is a good thing! It's good for small scars and wounds and washes off with lukewarm water so face painters like it. Use dermawax instead for serious stage or casualty simulation work.
