Get a glow with fluorescent and luminous makeup

• Glowing makeup comes in two types - fluorescent and luminous.  They both glow under UV light, but luminous makeup stays glowing even when the lights go off.  The way to use glow make is to apply it over a light coloured or white base.  This reflects and intensifies the effect. Use it on top of cake or water-based makeup.  You can use it in your hair too.
• Don't use either fluorescent or luminous makeup near your eyes or mouth.
• Mixing fluorescent and luminous with other make-up will lose the effect. 
• Remove with ordinary washing and soap or cleansing cream.
• Even after removing the makeup, fluorescent makeup may still be visible for a few days, but only in UV light!
