The 1st Night Triple Guarantee
30 day No-quibble returns.
You can return goods you order from us within 30 days of receipt and, provided it arrives in re-saleable condition, we will refund your purchase price plus the postage and packing. You only pay for return postage. N.B. This does not apply to bulk discounted orders which are deemed to be business to business transactions. This does not affect your legal rights in the case of goods that are faulty or not fit for the purpose stated. We promise to make the refund within 7 days of receiving the goods back in saleable condition. If you paid by cheque, we will post a cheque back to you within 7 days.
If anything you order from us arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 10 days. We will arrange for you to return it and refund the purchase price plus the original postage & packing plus the return postage.
If we have it in stock, we will post your order no later than two working days after we get it. Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday except for public holidays and other breaks in service notified on our website from time to time.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class post or Parcelforce.

We take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when ordering from our sites.

Our charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time you order.

We are not able to accept liability for loss or damage arising from errors or omissions in the content of this website.
